    • Through completing four different assignments, participants work in various parts of the BMW Group including BMW headquarters in Munich and another international BMW market. It starts and finishes with working in the IT Team located at Summit One in Farnborough.
    • During the time at Summit One the candidate will be introduced to the multiple roles across the IT organisation in delivery of the project portfolio covering maintenance, regulatory and strategic change to our application landscape. As well are ensuring Technical Maintenance is managed and further advancements on the usage of the BMW approved Agile Toolchain.
    • The type of local roles that the candidate would perform would be as a System Analyst and in this role the individual will be assigned to one or more projects where they will be responsible for understanding the business requirements and how this then transfers into system requirements to be passed to either the local or external developments teams. Once the changes have been delivered, assist with end-to-end testing to ensure the delivery meets the business needs.
