    We are seeking a student to complete a 12 month internship with us. You would be working as part of the dynamic Ownership Services product team who are responsible for all accessories and products retailed in the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars aftermarket. This comprises gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, purchasing, marketing and finance teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

    Present accessory products include:

    • Rolls-Royce Champagne Chest
    • Rolls-Royce Luggage Collections
    • Rolls-Royce 1:8 Scale Replica Model Car
    • Rolls-Royce Bicycle Carrier
    • Rolls-Royce Headphones
    • Rolls-Royce Hosting Service.

    The focus is currently directed towards long term strategical planning that falls into line with the direction of the wider organisation. There is also a desire to continue to push the boundaries of imagination and innovation to meet the ever growing expectations of our valued customers.

    What will you be doing?

    • Research, Investigate and generate new accessory concepts and formalise them with project brief’s
    • Seek innovation from other industries that can be built into the planning roadmap
    • Evaluate sales reports of existing products to steer new product direction
    • Found and evolve business cases to steer project decisions
    • Support the processing of bespoke and personalised dealer orders
    • Liaise with the global regional teams and dealerships ensure their (and their customers) products needs are considered in future ventures
    • Support new accessory launches with marketing activities and dealership communications
    • Support in process improvements across the Ownership Services team.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office packages
    • Ability to prioritise to ensure deadlines are met though effective time management
    • Effective communication skills with ability to assert oneself
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Ability to think creatively and work as part of a team or on own initiative
    • Good written and spoken English
    • Project Management skills.
