Job description
- Assists in coordinating near and long term strategy planning sessions for proposal Capture Teams of limited scope and complexity.
- Assists in coaching teams on how to use the templates and guidelines for the determination of probability of program go and win.
- Assists with the win strategy steering committees and collects information for allocation of funds for campaigns to teams or sub councils, per acquire new business process to increase the business win rate.
- Supports technology road mapping or program road mapping.
- Assists in resolving routine process execution problems by identifying and applying appropriate company policies and procedures.
- Participates on teams with projects of limited scope and complexity.
- Assists in providing initial analysis of data and information available in business units and used in the acquire new business process, through the use of various business development databases by providing reports and measures to management, providing training and support to business unit focal on use of systems, and enforcing requirements on data systems for use in improving customer relations and strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Assists in coordinating database requirements and priorities with Information Technology.
- Assists in collecting Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPARs) from various programs and gives them to CPAR focal for input into database.
This role will be varied and dynamic, flexing to meet the needs of the team. Within the workscope are:
- Bid coordination for multi-million pound deals. Working under bid managers to provide coordination support during busy times.
- Competitor analysis for complex campaigns. Harvesting and analysis data on key competitors and presenting this back to the business.
- Regular pipeline hygiene checks to ensure information is up to date and shared with the right people
- Event and admin support for internal and external events.
- Support to the Head of Campaigns as and when needed.
Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required. The successful candidate will be expected to undergo a Security Clearance Process, which will require 5 years uninterrupted residency in the UK prior to applying.
