Bombardier Aerospace is seeking an Human Resources Intern on a fixed term contract for its new Service Centre located at the London Biggin Hill Airport, United Kingdom. The London Service Centre will join an award-winning Network of wholly-owned Bombardier Business Aircraft Service Centre’s.
What you'll do
In your role you will,
- Assisting the wider HR team with a variety of HR process, including compliance, inbox management, onboarding and offboarding
- Conduct pre-employment checks including reference checking and background checks
- Ensure HR Database is kept up to date, and complies with legislation
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment and offer letters
- Supporting internal and external enquiries and requests related to the HR department.
- Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records, including return to works and probation letters.
- Supporting HR-related training programs, workshops and ad-hoc projects
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,
- You have previous HR experience is essential
- You have excellent attention to detail
- You enjoy a fast pace, creative environment
- You have highly organised and ability to prioritise workload
- You will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 software, with the ability to quickly learn other software programmes and HRIS system.
- You have certification in Human Resources, management or similar.
