Our Pretty Little Thing team have an exciting new opportunity to join our team in London as an Influencer & Showroom Assistant. This role would suit someone who is passionate about the brand and keen to develop their skills in Influencer Marketing.
What you'll be doing
- Main daily responsibility will be gifting influencers and booking in / hosting in person showroom appointments.
- Building up a roster of influencer contacts across the UK & ROW for general monthly gifting, utilising your roster to support campaigns or initiatives where required.
- Placing daily orders to support the senior team where required.
- Inviting influencers, stylists and VIP’s into the London Showroom and hosting daily appointments.
- Booking in and supporting with content appointments, pushing influencers to use the content room for filming including Tik Tok lives and ensuring equipment is set up and looked after.
- Supporting our receptionist with the general upkeep and merchandising of the London Showroom, ensuring the latest campaigns are featured and stock is kept replenished at all times.
- Merchandising the beauty area, and liaising with our monthly beauty sponsor to ensure correct product is displayed and promoted within the showroom.
- Supporting our junior executive with the monthly showroom roundup reports.
- Update the end of week showroom appointment document.
- Assisting the wider team on events, campaign launches, trips and dinners.

More about you
- Some experience working in an admin/ marketing role
- This role will have administrative tasks, someone who is happy to complete these
- Strong communication skills, can build relationships with external stakeholders
- Creative flair and a proactive, flexible can-do attitude.
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- The ability to meet deadlines, often while working independently and also in a team.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
