We're an ambitious team of over 100 people across the UK & US and not stopping there. We're growing fast and so we're looking for our first Account Executives to join our team and support our account operations & client experience.

As an Account Executive you’ll work closely with your Account Manager and Account Director to support the day-to-day across your accounts. Playing a crucial role in enabling us to deliver our social work, through managing content & seeking approvals and coordinating internal & external meetings for your account team.

You’ll work closely with your Account Manager to implement ways of working, be responsible for managing timelines and oversee the delivery of of everything from social strategies, to creative, to monthly reports, ensuring we meet client deadlines.

What you'll be doing

  • Account Operations: You'll manage the day-to-day requirements across your accounts, from sharing creative with clients for approval to uploading content to systems on time. Working closely with your Project Management Team to create project plans, schedule status meetings, capturing minutes and ensure all key information is collated across the account teams and to clients.
  • Account Management: You’ll support your Account Manager in preparing briefs, compiling necessary documents and references to support the briefing process. As well as helping to manage & communicate priorities to your account team regularly using our tools (like Slack).
  • Delivery management: You'll also take responsibility for reviewing client deliverables to ensure they’re free from spelling errors, meet compliance requirements, and are delivered to relevant stakeholders on time. You'll work with your Project Manager to communicate to the team any changes to timelines and delivery dates

  • Social experience: You've started your career in social and are looking for the next opportunity to push you forward with exciting brands in a dynamic agency
  • Brilliantly personable: communication is the lifeblood of our business. You love working with people and have a natural ability to handle challenges with charm.
  • Highly organised: social is fast, there’s a lot of content and a lot of deadlines so the ability to run a tight ship is a must.
  • You love brands and social media: you're fascinated by brands, how they market themselves and how they use social media to do this. You are naturally curious about the developments of the digital world and excited by its potential.
  • Pride in your work: we treat our client's brands as our own and are meticulous about our approach. You take real pride in what you deliver and always strive for perfection.
  • Real drive and ambition: you are passionate and ambitious. You’re confident in your ability to adapt to the ever-changing world of social and a proactive self-starter with a mindset of growth and the drive to make it happen.
