Job description
- 1st and 2nd level IT support: Evaluate support requests and tickets, solve requests, using standard incident management tools and processes and ensuring peak performance
- Deliver varieties of the service without the support of the work instruction
- Support for IT Fleet Management processes: Installation, deployment, repair, replacement and return of company PCs and laptops, using standard tools
- Support the provisioning and decommissioning of mobile phones to end-users
- Enabling and consulting towards end-users on IT products & services
- User management tasks utilising internal tools
- Support for IT product and service pilots and rollouts
- Contribute to projects e.g. mergers and integrations, location/office moves
- Adherence to relevant guidelines and processes
- Contribute towards team and organisation objectives
- Provide infrastructure hands-on support, where necessary
- Provision of Local IT Services to the business
- Build trustful partnership with customers, peers and management
- Create solutions involving the use of existing techniques or tools
Qualifications
- Experience with M365 products, MS Teams, MS Windows beneficial
- Open Source Desktop experience i.e. Linux (nice to have)
- Apple iOS, Macbooks experience (nice to have)
- Technologically savvy; understand and utilise technology to improve work processes
A valid UK driving license is required for this role.
Additional information
This is a 12-month internship beginning in July 2025. This position is open to undergraduates or Masters students who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their course.

Location: you will be based at the Denham office
Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.
