Our current product range includes gas and oil boilers, hot water cylinders, renewable technologies such as heat pumps and solar water heating systems, as well as controls and accessories.
Worcester is also home to our Commercial & Industrial Division. Bosch C&I is one of the leading suppliers of heating and hot water products in the UK. We specialise in the manufacture of Industrial Boilers, Commercial Boilers and Heat Interface Units – which are also manufactured in Worcester.
Our commitment to the highest standards of manufacturing over the last 50 years, has led our boilers to receive coveted Which? Best Buy awards for eleven years running, and for Worcester to receive a Royal Warrant for supplying our boilers to Her Majesty The Queen’s Sandringham Estate.
Our UK headquarters is based in Worcester where all the main functions of the business are located including the manufacturing of gas boilers. We have a further site in Clay Cross Derbyshire where our oil boilers are manufactured.
The technical support department handle pre and post sales enquiries from trade professionals and consumers through phone, email and social channels on our range of heating products.

Within Product Management we ensure that both our products of today and those of the future are relevant and right for our customers. Within the key contexts of the business’ strategic priorities, legislation drivers, market development and the value propositions of competitors. Here's your chance to join our team!
You will be a key player in supporting the below:
- To support UK Product Managers with: Launch of the C2000 (vers. 3) and C1000 combi boilers.
- Defined Time to Market (TTM) work-packages for the next-gen hydrogen ready boilers' projects.
- Next Generation controls Feasibility Processes (IFP).
As part of your job role you will also be responsible for:
- Supporting Product Managers with assigned work packages within Innovation, IFP and TTM development process.
- Line review road maps for product portfolio planning.
- Market intelligence gathering.
- Collating installer feedback on new ideas and new products.
- Supporting other product launch activities between Product Management and the customer facing departments across the business.
- Helping to develop product information packages to support release to market.
- Developing market requirements for new products to Business Units through the relevant Product Managers.
- Supporting workshops, focus groups, installation assessments and meetings in organisation and facilitation.
You will also be a key support to our Worcester Contact Centre, answering inbound phone calls. This will allow you to develop and enhance your communication skills for the future.
Qualifications
- Must be an undergraduate student seeking a 12 month placement as part of your degree
- IT Literate
- Good practical knowledge of MS Office Packages, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Confident
- Ability to work well independently, using own initiative and as part of a team
- Good analytical skills with an ability to think commercially within the context of business needs.
