    Job Description

    Join us for your placement year in summer 2023! Our internships are designed to give you an insight into what it's like to work for a world-renowned brand with a culture of support and community.

    This internship will be part of our marketing department and is within our fast-paced Loyalty & Campaigns team. You will be working across all areas of running a B2B Loyalty Programme, supporting with running an internal e-commerce store and working on data driven marketing campaigns. This is a really varied role and you should expect to experience a range of different tasks.

    • Key contact for our internal e-commerce store – used for our sales force to provide giveaways to customers. You will be ensuring that stock is continuously replenished and will be sourcing new items based on industry trends and feedback.
    • Supporting the wider team with data driven marketing campaigns – continuously looking at data to see if there are any specific segments we can target or incentivise and implementing these throughout the year. As well as supporting in running national and local campaigns.
    • B2B Loyalty programme – as part of the team you will support our customers with their queries through our direct channels (phone line, mailbox, live chat & social media), you will be responsible for data quality and ensuring that all members details are updated correctly and onboarding any new member registrations. Always driving to improve the customer experience that installers have with Worcester Bosch.

    There will also be the opportunity for a few weeks of the placement to support our Contact Centre, answering inbound phone calls. This will allow you to develop and enhance your communication skills for the future, focusing and interacting directly with the Bosch Customer base.

    Qualifications

    Please note that to be eligible for this role, you must be an undergraduate student seeking a placement year as part of your degree - if you do not meet this criteria please consider applying for other positions. Our ideal candidate should:

    • Be studying a degree in marketing, business or similar
    • Have good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive approach to sharing information.
    • Have the ability to work well independently and as part of a team, supporting others to achieve a common goal.
    • Have excellent standards of literacy and numeracy, with the ability to proofread accurately.
    • Have strong organisational and planning skills, with high attention to detail.
    • Take a flexible approach to work to meet varying workloads, pressures and deadlines.
    • Be focused on the customer and providing best-in-class support services.
    • Take an innovative approach to problem solving, developing solutions to improve working methods, and return on investment.

    Additional Information

    • Expected Start Date: 12th June 2023
    • Working Hours: 39 hours a week; Mon – Thurs 08.00 - 17.00 and Fri 08.00 - 16.00 with a 1 hour unpaid lunchbreak
