    Supporting the Marine Services Business Sector Manager, to ensure client requirements with regard to contract management documentation are delivered and reviewed in a timely manner. To ensure vessel certification is administered correctly on SharePoint for audit purposes. To develop environmental and sustainability awareness within Marine Services.

    Your Main Tasks:

    As Marine Services Compliance Officer you will contribute to the successful overall performance of Boskalis through:

    • Actively engage with learning and promotion of sustainability and environmental projects within Boskalis. Develop Environmental Management Plan for Marine Services.
    • Data acquisition and management of data for sustainability reporting.
    • Maintain vessel certification records according to schedule and ensure certificates available on board and on SharePoint.
    • Arrange Client PRM (Performance Review) Meetings including invites and venue (in person or remote).
    • Communication, registration and maintenance of all organisational and client documentation according to Boskalis WoW (Ways of Working) & RSACT (Range Safety & Aircrew Training Contract). Timely reminders to be sent to document owners to ensure reviews and input delivered on time.
    • Arrange Client PRM Meetings including invites and venue (in person or remote).
    • Provide crewing support for BWL marine employees. Point of contact during office hours. Liaise with other office functions as required to resolve any queries.
    • Assist with administration and record keeping of training (including online training) including identifying any gaps. Liaising with HR and Crewing Manager.
    • Assist as required in day-to-day operational support of marine services projects to include administration, logistics, archiving and invoice coding.
    • Maintain PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) & Uniform registers and ensure items ordered and delivered in timely manner.
    • Maintain TAF (Task Approval Form) register and TPR (Third Party Revenue) register for RSACT contract.
    • Administration of PEC’s (Pilot Exemption Certificates) & Light Dues (Ad-hoc). Arrange COVID testing and travel letters if required.
    • Administer Fuel reporting and invoicing for RSACT contract with aim of improving cost and consumption of fuel. Provide Fuel Cost and Duty reports to Client and Finance Department. Create fuel reports for PRM.
    • Responsible for ensuring PRM reports created and delivered on time.
    • Ensure EOM (End of Month) reporting correct and develop reports for Technical Superintendents.

    Required Knowledge and Experience to make your mark as a Marine Services Compliance Officer:

    • Experience in Document Management
    • Further or Higher Education Level
    • Environmental or Quality Management qualification
    • Competency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel and Outlook)
    • The ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise.
    • Work well in a team environment and on your own initiative.
    • Have an interest in vessel management and environmental management.
