    Junior Pricing Product Owner Role and Key Responsibilities

    Own/support current and future development and maintenance of infrastructure within the pricing pillar (processes & tools) to drive real and sustained pricing performance while comply with EMEA pricing policy, by:

    • Own/support maintenance of pricing tools (CPQ, Price Books, Execution Monitoring tools)
    • Support delivery of new projects/requirements by coordinating with stakeholders using project management skills leveraging best-practice tools and processes
    • Manage user support working with Pricing Intern
    • Manage user trainings working with Pricing Intern
    • Own/support the RACI matrix and the RAID log and ensure timely reminders to CoE team and it’s stakeholders and vendors
    • Own/support the documentation for solution development and enhancement
    • Support business requirement gathering process
    • Be the expert and internal “go to” person within the team for knowledge on the owned solutions and processes
    • Support data-driven decisions that shape and deliver the best possible business and customer outcomes
    • Support analysis and development of differentiated value propositions to promote and sell new ideas and projects

    Collaboration, Communication and Partnership

    • Develop and implement successful communication plans, using storytelling techniques and effective presentation skills
    • Prepare regular updates on status and progress of tools/projects owned/supported
    • Bridge the functional and technical understanding for Divisions, CoE, IS department and external vendors
    • Work together with strategic pricing partner and extended SPE team on best practice sharing, requirement gathering, set up and training of business partners

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience

    Skills and Experience Required

    Relevant undergraduate degree (Engineer or IT preferred, master’s degree preferred);

    • 1-3 years product owner and/or business analysis experience or other relevant experience
    • Good organizational and project management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks across different groups
    • Proven ability to analyze data from different sources and present findings, analysis and recommendations clearly in writing and orally
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; including business process and data analytics; able to construct and execute multiple complex analyses
    • Strong interpersonal and influence skills; previous experience of successfully influencing colleagues across divisions and departments.
    • Previous experience of working successfully within cross border and virtual team is an advantage
    • Previous experience of working with IT and solution development teams is an advantage
    • Good business requirements documentation
    • Fluent English
    • Technical experience in the following:
      • Good level Microsoft Excel required
      • Tableau or other data visualization tool knowledge is a plus
      • SQL, Access is a plus
      • Sales cloud knowledge is a plus
