Rhythm Management Marketing Graduate
About the role
We are currently looking for a talented Graduate to join Rhythm Management Division in the UK. This will enable you to develop your technical knowledge in functions such as Marketing, Product Management & Digital Marketing. It will also give you a deep understanding of our business and company values as well as helping you create your unique network that will help you kick start your career.
We are currently looking for proactive, creative and team-oriented individuals to join our Rhythm Management organisation. This is a new role, designed for early-career / recent graduate hires, that are looking to learn on-the-job and develop a career within a health-tech and medical-devices environment.
Your Responsibilities will include
- Support Digital Marketing campaigns across touchpoints such as email, website, social media and paid media.
- Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders for campaign alignment, design, planning and execution (Product Marketing, Regional Marketing)
- Assist the team in analyzing customer behaviors and trends in order to identify key drivers of engagement
- Support on Product Management activities across CRM's existing portfolio.
What we're looking for in you
- Recent Graduate (post 2021) with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or Digital Marketing (An additional Science degree would be a bonus)
- Experience in digital marketing or product management from a placement would be beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office package.
- Strong presentation, writing and organizational skills.
- Adaptable and fast learner: able to absorb new tools and approaches that will be exposed to.
- Creativity: supporting development of solutions for diverse customer challenges.
- Will ideally live close to good transport links.
- This position is remote based, but will have a 20% travel requirement.
