    What you'll be doing

    Product Management

    • Responsible for enrichment, upload and maintenance of all new and existing products on the site
    • Ensure all products are assigned to the relevant category pages and site filters / refinements are correct
    • Working with Product team, our SEO agency and utilising AI tools to create SEO enriched product copy
    • Own online product launch critical path: from shoot through product launch on site and switching off at end of life
    • Working closely with the marketing team to plan timelines for imagery to be completed on time such as ensuring images are back from retouch in a timely manner
    • Prepare and present model conversion report to the marketing team and make suggestions for product reshoots as necessary
    • Keeping up to date with the product intake plan and always looking ahead to anticipate any movement to planned product launch dates
    • Optimizing website content for search engines (SEO)

    Other responsibilities

    To provide support to the ecommerce Trade Managers:

    • Provide support for online buying guides and other online content
    • Supporting reporting and analysis of product performance
    • Reporting and owning Accessories Category performance and optimisation
    • Supporting new site launches and testing new site features, email and landing page testing
    • Creation and merchandising of curated product listings e.g. trend edits, gift guides, New in
    • Ad hoc research of our competitor online activity where relevant
    • Monitor our product ratings & reviews across the site (using BazaarVoice), and provide regular feedback and insights to the Ecommerce and buying teams
    • Tag BazaarVoice content
    • Set up promotions

    What are we looking for

    • Experience working with AI tools preferable
    • Excellent written English and proof reading skills
    • Competent use of Excel preferable
    • Experience with Photoshop and Capture One beneficial
