What you'll do
Our local GTM Operations team partners on multiple initiatives with stakeholders spanning Sales, Marketing & Services teams, Compensation Design & Administration, Finance, Systems & Data Management, and more. Our responsibilities range from: providing top to bottom sales cycle business analytics & insights, leading our sales forecasting & pipeline generation motion, managing our Salesforce data hygiene and upholding/developing Box’s internal processes. Cross-functional collaboration & data-analytics is at the heart of this highly visible team!
As the GTM Operations Placement student you will join this dynamic team, supporting various ad hoc & recurring projects designed to improve operational excellence and accelerate our growth in the EMEA region.
What does that mean day to day
- Run the business processes, such as building & delivering weekly performance reports, structuring & driving team meetings, and maintaining CRM data-hygiene.
- Driving projects end-to-end, supporting business leaders with initiatives aligned to our go-to-market strategy.
- Diving-deep into complex data-sets to provide insights & recommendations to our EMEA leadership team.

To be eligible you must be an undergraduate student in a placement year course returning to study Autumn 2025, you also will need to have the right to work in UK already in place.
If you are studying something Finance or Business related it would be a plus, however from experience you don’t need a specific degree background to be successful as a placement student in box.
