We’re currently looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to join us on a part time basis in our Leeds Depot. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a role with lots of variety where you can develop your office administration skills.
The role
It’s a busy role and no 2 days will be the same from managing suppliers, PO's, inbound deliveries and dealing with shortages at supplier. Some key tasks will be;
- Dealing with invoice quries
- Product setup
- Pricing updates on SAP
- Assisting the procurement manager
Our Supply chain Administrators play a vital role to keep inbound deliveries on schedule. You’ll be liaising and working with the wider team and other departments to ensure effective communication and support.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have an eye for detail in order to maintain high levels of accuracy as well as the ability to organise your work effectively. You’ll enjoy being part of a team and have good communication skills in order to build and maintain great working relationships with colleagues. You will have some experience in an office based role and have good IT (SAP/ D365 desirable) and communication skills. Above all you will be customer focused and be willing to learn. Please note you must be able to drive to get to the location of the depot.
