Position purpose

The purpose of this 2-year program is to provide the Graduate with the broadest view across the Brambles Digital & IT business. To fast-track the development, both during the Graduate Development Program, and as they grow their career with us.

Key accountabilities

  • Learning new data analysis / science techniques / programming languages and exploring their viability on current projects.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to drive automation of processes.
  • Proactively work as part of Digital and/or IT Team to identify relevant innovation opportunities related to data Innovation / Product and Asset Digitalization.
  • Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results.
  • Scope, plan, iterate, and drive the execution of Innovation & BI projects using Scrum/Agile methodologies.
  • Cultivate project management & innovation ecosystems.
  • Fully understand and contribute with every department on rotation:
    • Data Engineering / Analysis
    • Supply Chain (Plant of the future)
    • Product Management
    • Strategy i.e., Business relations
    • Asset Digitalization
    • Project Management Office (PMO)
    • Business Relationship Management (per region)
    • Infrastructure (Network, Cloud, Service Management)
    • Enterprise Architect
  • Assignment of one social awareness project in the first year (in collaboration with other GDP from larger program).
  • Initiative, Development or transformation project (self-identified) to be kicked off and presented to ELT (Digital & Global).

Qualifications

  • University Degree in any subject such as Maths, Engineering, IT, Business / Supply Chain / Management information systems (MIS), Computer Science / Statistics.
