Position purpose
The purpose of this 2-year program is to provide the Graduate with the broadest view across the Brambles Digital & IT business. To fast-track the development, both during the Graduate Development Program, and as they grow their career with us.
Key accountabilities
- Learning new data analysis / science techniques / programming languages and exploring their viability on current projects.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to drive automation of processes.
- Proactively work as part of Digital and/or IT Team to identify relevant innovation opportunities related to data Innovation / Product and Asset Digitalization.
- Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results.
- Scope, plan, iterate, and drive the execution of Innovation & BI projects using Scrum/Agile methodologies.
- Cultivate project management & innovation ecosystems.
- Fully understand and contribute with every department on rotation:
- Data Engineering / Analysis
- Supply Chain (Plant of the future)
- Product Management
- Strategy i.e., Business relations
- Asset Digitalization
- Project Management Office (PMO)
- Business Relationship Management (per region)
- Infrastructure (Network, Cloud, Service Management)
- Enterprise Architect
- Assignment of one social awareness project in the first year (in collaboration with other GDP from larger program).
- Initiative, Development or transformation project (self-identified) to be kicked off and presented to ELT (Digital & Global).
Qualifications
- University Degree in any subject such as Maths, Engineering, IT, Business / Supply Chain / Management information systems (MIS), Computer Science / Statistics.
