Job Description
A two-year rotational program designed to kick off your career in Technology & Digital Transformation with one of most sustainable companies globally. Actively play your part in shaping a data-driven, smarter, and more sustainable future!
WE SHAPE OUR OWN CAREERS. You will have the chance to explore our Digital & IT Organisations in-depth by rotating through three to four different assignments during your time with us. The rotations will be defined in partnership with your program manager and designated coach and are flexible should you discover a particular passion along the way with us.
WE ENJOY AGILITY AND SCALE. This 24-month journey gives you the time and space to learn more about yourself, harness your development by getting hands-on experience and one-to-one mentoring by one of our female business leaders.
WE TRANSFORM BUSINESS. Working with different global teams, from Business Relationship Management, Asset Digitization to Data Engineering / Analysis and Agile Project Management (to name a few) you will have direct impact transforming and digitizing our business. (And that of our customers!)
