The role
Are you looking for a dynamic, hands-on placement opportunity that allows you to play a vital role in the exciting world of product development? Branston is seeking a talented and motivated Placement Student to join our team in Lincoln Central.
In this role, you will assist with the co-ordination of new product launches and improvements to existing products in the Fresh and Prepared Potato category, catering to all of Branston's valued customers. This is a fast-paced and diverse position, where your ability to multitask and prioritise effectively will be crucial.
Main responsibilities
- Supporting the NPD Team: Provide general support to the New Product Development team, assisting with various tasks and projects.
- Product Benchmarking: Conduct product benchmarking and variety taste panel assessments to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
- Relationship Building: Create and maintain strong working relationships at all levels within Branston, fostering a collaborative and cohesive work environment.
- Data Reporting: Generate reports and data to facilitate the achievement of goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Customer Meeting Support: Prepare product samples, paperwork, and other necessary materials for customer meetings, ensuring a professional and organised presentation.
