At IAG Cargo we are in the business of moving things. From antibiotics to rhinoceros, gold bullion to avocados and everything in between.

Whatever people need, wherever they are. In an era of digital screens and closed borders, we open the skies and fly the world to bring people the things they really need.

As the logistics and cargo brand of the International Airlines Group, you will work across the globally recognised brands of Aer Lingus, British Airways, Iberia, Level and Vueling as we build and shape a new logistics company. We believe in a world that is always moving, with values that underpin our business. By always delivering, always improving, always working as one team and always working with integrity, we are creating an inclusive business that works for its customers and its colleagues around the globe.

    Programme highlights

During the course of the two year Logistics Programme, you will have the opportunity to have two to three placements across various areas of our business. Your induction programme will introduce you to the breadth of experiences that you can expect to have that define working for one of the world’s largest air cargo companies (IAG Cargo).

You’ll then start the first of a series of placements – these are real jobs with real responsibility and you’ll be supported to make a contribution from day 1. Placements are diverse; recent examples include rotations in Network management, Transformation, Customer and Infrastructure, Commercial, People and Internal Communications, Spanish Hub & Operations, IT, and Worldwide operations.

    Development progression

In common with our management community, you will be expected to take ownership of your own development. Most of your learning will take place during your time in each placement with the support of your respective placement manager, so it’s really important that you make the most of each placement.

You will also have access to a Graduate mentor who will support you in your transition from University Graduate to full-fledged Air Cargo Professional. There will also be a series of learning activities specifically aimed at our Graduate community – we will let you know more details of these should you be invited to attend an Assessment Centre.

After the Programme, the world awaits. Although the vast majority of our roles are London based, former Graduates of the Programme can also be found in Madrid and Hong Kong.

    About you

We are looking for Graduates who take pride in doing things properly and getting the job done. People who are naturally curious about the air cargo business, open to new ideas and enjoy adopting a new approach to old problems. You’ll need to be a true team player who recognises that getting the job done sometimes means that you have to do the basic stuff as well.

Join our Graduate programme and you can expect a competitive starting salary with progression based on your personal performance.
