    Reports to: Senior HRBP – DBS (Digital Business Solutions)

    What you will be accountable for

    • Support the Senior HRBP and HRBP on key DBS talent initiatives
    • Contribute to creating avenues of employee engagements (global communication tools, new collaboration ideas)
    • Work with large sets of data and streamline to meaningful information
    • Ensure quality support in the joiners/movers/ exits process
    • Advice employees on HR processes
    • Ensure data accuracy in all HR systems (e.g., BPC, SuccessFactors, OrgVue)
    • Contribute to the HR projects as and when required.
    • Actively contribute to enhancing existing processes, measures and management activities to maximise efficiencies and quality of customer service.

    Essential experience, skills and knowledge

    • Good command of written and spoken English
    • Experience in MS Office Applications (predominantly Excel, PowerApps, SharePoint, Power BI)
    • Experience in reporting and analytics
    • Highly motivated and ambitious
    • Strong communication skills
    • Strong team working capabilities
    • Keen to demonstrate creative thinking
    • Passion for learning
