    If you want to gain real business experience in a global environment, apply today because BAT is looking for young talent to be responsible for supporting the Insights team in driving Consumer, Competitor and Category Insights and Foresights for Wellbeing & Stimulation!

    What you will be accountable for?

    • Support end-to-end management of insights projects as required (including scoping projects, questionnaire design, stakeholder and agency engagement, analysing insights to consolidate into impactful deliverables)
    • Support the team in insight generation through secondary or primary research.
    • Convey analysis and recommendations via written reports/presentations to internal stakeholders.
    • Assist in managing projects to ensure timely delivery of outputs at high quality standard
    • Effectively prioritise tasks in order to manage time and resource appropriately.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in BAT to meet insights needs by managing projects with multiple internal & external stakeholders (including R&D, Legal, Marketing, Insights, End Markets, etc.)
    • Manage information systems and support with administrative tasks such as budget tracking, creating briefs & proposals for agencies, coordinating across projects, ensuring insights deliverables are visible to the relevant stakeholders.

    Essential experience, skills and knowledge

    • Degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Marketing, Psychology, or related field.
    • Experience or understanding of qualitative and quantitative research (ability to synthesise information, identify themes, reduce complexity, identify opportunities).
    • Experience in tools like Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving / creative abilities with attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
    • Project management experience or strong planning and prioritisation skills
