About the role
We’re recruiting for a Corporate Partnerships Executive to be key member of the partnerships team and play an integral role in shaping the future of our partnerships.
You’ll be responsible for supporting our National New Business functions to operate at a transformational level, supporting with prospecting for new business opportunities and providing administration and project support for the team. You’ll be crucial in assisting with building our new business pipelines and supporting on new business materials for example, applications and pitches.
As the Corporate Partnerships Executive, you will be a key member of the partnerships team, playing an integral role in shaping the future of our partnerships.
We have had notable success in the last few years, bringing in multi-million-pound partnerships with organisations like Royal Mail, PureGym and Omaze.
Our Corporate Partnerships team plays a leading role in ensuring the BHF remains fit for the future and delivers sustainable income in line with the BHF fundraising strategy.

Working arrangements
Please note this is a fixed term contract until 14 June 2024, covering secondment. Start date is as soon as possible.
This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.
At the BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week, including every Tuesday. The use of our office spaces is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do. About you
An excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders quickly and easily, you'll have an understanding and keen interest in learning more about corporate charity partnerships, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or the commercial sector and the new business sales cycle.
You'll be a creative thinker able to demonstrate interest or experience in working on campaigns that align with CSR strategies, and will have excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to deal with conflicting demands across multiple projects and partnership opportunities.
You'll be ambitious with outstanding research skills, and will help source new lead generation, support the development of new business partnership materials, and manage an overview of cyclical partnership opportunities.
With excellent IT skills and experience of using fundraising databases, you’ll be given the chance to develop new skills and hone your existing ones through research, working on marketing collateral, data interrogation, being involved in project work across the team.
