    Could you join our Marketing team and support delivering community led marketing activities, volunteer recruitment or first aid campaigns? Help tell the story of the British Red Cross and services to our audiences across the UK.

    We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive with a passion for the charity sector. Our head office is London based; however we offer hybrid working.

    About the role

    You'll be part of the Operational and Community Education Marketing team and as such will work on varied projects, with internal clients and engage with various external audiences.

    A day in the life of a Marketing Executive will involve:

    • Delivering multi-channel marketing activity, working with a variety of teams and internal clients across the organisation to promote a broad range of services and products, with an increased focus on Community Education.
    • Maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders and internal colleagues and escalating key risks to the Community Education Marketing Manager when appropriate.
    • Working closely with internal British Red Cross teams with a focus on supporting the Community Education team, to ensure that they have a positive customer experience and that their business needs are met through the effective delivery of the agreed activity, whilst developing excellent working relationships.

    What you'll need

    To be a successful Marketing Executive, you’ll need:

    • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and working with creative teams to create effective promotional assets.
    • Excellent project management and marketing experience.
    • Ability to create reports, monitor budgets and produce high quality presentations.
    • To be used to working in a fast paced, collaborative and deadline driven environment and have proven experience of working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
