    This is a very exciting opportunity to be part of a fundraising strategy that provides a transformative and innovative approach to how funds are raised.

    What you'll do

    A day in the life of a Stewardship and Operations Coordinator will involve:

    • Providing critical project and administrative support to the Stewardship & Operations team.
    • Providing crucial assistance in the delivery of our stewardship events and communications programmes.
    • Attending and actively participating in meetings with a variety of different internal and external stakeholders.

    What you'll need

    To be a successful Stewardship and Operations Coordinator:

    • Do you have fundraising, event management or marketing experience and enjoy working across different teams?
    • Can you deliver concise and clear written and verbal communications?
    • Do you have excellent organisational abilities and a talent for prioritising your workload against competing deadlines?
    • Do you have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and are confident learning how to use new software and databases?

    Although overall office attendance is flexible (10%-90% on site), there will be an increase in the lead up to and during events.
