What you'll do
A day in the life of a Stewardship and Operations Coordinator will involve:
- Providing critical project and administrative support to the Stewardship & Operations team.
- Providing crucial assistance in the delivery of our stewardship events and communications programmes.
- Attending and actively participating in meetings with a variety of different internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll need
To be a successful Stewardship and Operations Coordinator:
- Do you have fundraising, event management or marketing experience and enjoy working across different teams?
- Can you deliver concise and clear written and verbal communications?
- Do you have excellent organisational abilities and a talent for prioritising your workload against competing deadlines?
- Do you have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and are confident learning how to use new software and databases?
Although overall office attendance is flexible (10%-90% on site), there will be an increase in the lead up to and during events.
