    About the Team

    We are currently seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to join the London HR Team as an Intern (fixed term contact). You will leverage your analytical and organizational skills to complete assigned tasks on multiple HR projects.

    You will gather and document requirements, analyze data, research issues, and contribute to design solutions. Your responsibilities include:

    • As an Intern you will gain exposure to all of areas Human Resources including recruiting, compensation, diversity and inclusion, benefits, and employee relations.
    • You will be instrumental in the execution of initiatives and projects dedicated to current business needs that will have an immediate impact on the lines of business we support.
    • You will interact with all levels of the organization including senior leadership in the support of these initiatives.
    • You will serve as a point of contact for both our internal clients and colleagues as we focus on our 2023 priorities.
    • You will produce and analyze data required to make business decisions in support of line of business priorities.

    Qualifications

    • MS Office proficiency, specifically in MS Excel (vlookups/ pivot tables/charts)
    • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
    • Demonstrated leadership skills through academic and extracurricular activities
    • Demonstrated interest in Human Resources
    • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically
    • Sound judgment and demonstrated ability to identify, escalate and resolve problems
    • Ability to prioritize competing demands
    • Demonstrated passion for teamwork and success
