    Junior Fixed Income and Interest Rate Trader, to join existing team based in London. Analyst level 

    • Conduct Fixed Income Trading activities 
    • Generate consistent revenue through the effective trading strategies with the focus on the wide range of Emerging Market Credit, EM Currency Bonds and Interest Rate products (particular focus on Russian RUB bonds trading using MICEX platform)
    • Ensure that International Fixed Income Trading of BCS UK comply with all applicable policies, procedures and controls in particular

    Main duties

    • Implementation of trading strategies in International and local markets;
    • Market making along with risk taking in wide spectrum of cash Eurobonds as well as local EM currency bonds; undertaking of customer’s orders execution in such bonds (sending RUNZ, market colour on regular basis);
    • Market making along with risk taking of Interest rates and FX derivatives in local EM currencies and International markets; undertaking of customer’s orders execution in such products;
    • Comply with Market and Credit Risk limits as per Investment Declaration of Fixed Income Desk
    • Supporting the market access to Credit derivatives for fixed income business as well as internal clients (structure products)
    • High degree of cooperation with trading and sales team in London, Moscow and NY
    • Facilitate customers flow in conjunction with Sales team.
    • Communicate effectively desks axes and interests to the Sales team, send regular runs and compile “End of the Day” and other comments.
    • PnL reporting and reconciliation.
    • Manage and comply with all regulatory requirements including MIFID II (best execution, trade transparency and reporting)
    • Promote BCS GM franchise by establishing trusted relationship with the institutional clients and market counterparties
    • analyst level role . this role would suit someone sitting on the research side . wishing to move onto the trading desk
    • Russian language a must have
