    We are recruiting for a dynamic and innovative Class Teacher to join our lovely school team.

    About the role

    You will be responsible for a Year R or Key Stage 1 class and will be able to fulfil the professional responsibilities of a teacher, as set out in the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document.

    You will take responsibility in promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children in our care and be a positive role model in behaviour, work ethic and attitude.

    • Providing support outside of the classroom, such as extra-curricular activities and break duties
    • Monitoring and tracking student progress
    • Building positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
    • Experience working with children or young people
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
    • The ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with others
    • A positive and flexible attitude

    About you

    We are looking for

    • QTS status- ECTs will be considered
    • Relevant experience of teaching in Early Years/KS1
    • Secure knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum and Assessment
    • The ability to motivate and inspire our wonderful to children to have a love of learning
    • Excellent teaching and communication with good classroom organisation and time management skills
    • Experience of or enthusiasm for subject leadership
    • Commitment to raising achievement and standards
    • The ability to develop professional relationships and work as part of a team
    • Willingness to be involved in the wider world of the school and its community.
