    Main Accountabilities

    • Undertake a 15 month Apprenticeship scheme via a modern framework and modular assessment route
    • To undertake the installation, maintenance and repair of beverage dispense equipment throughout multiple outlets as required under contract.
    • To provide industry leading, exceptional customer service to Budweiser Brewing Group and our customers 
    • To take control of any works requested by the HUB team and/or Regional Operations Manager through to completion.
    • Undertake the installation of drinks dispense equipment within the expected service level agreement and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.
    • Carry out reactive and emergency breakdown tasks within the expected service level agreement and complete the associated paperwork.
    • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance within the expected service level agreement and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.
    • Be on a call out Rota to provide the customer with full out of hours cover
    • Adopt a proactive approach to planning and managing workload
    • Build and maintain close relationships with client’s staff and customers; in particular the relevant sales personnel.
    • Assist other team members when required or as directed from the Regional Operations Manager or HUB.
    • Proactively enhance the quality of equipment serving client products.
    • Ensure all duties carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
    • To understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time
    • To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner
    • To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
    • To attend and fully participate in training and OPR/Development activities as required
    • To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required
    • To take control of any works requested by the HUB team and/or Regional Operations Manager through to completion.

    Responsibilities, Requirements, Scope and Technical Skills

    • Educated to degree standard desirable
    • Experience in a customer technical or service environment desirable
    • High numeracy and verbal reasoning skills
    • Well-developed IT skill set across all areas of the Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to forge strong relationships both internally & externally
    • Effective performer

    Desirable Characteristics

    • Minimum 5 x GCSEs or equivalent  - Grade C or above (Maths Grade B as a minimum) including Maths, English and Science
    • Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
    • Ambitious and willing to work hard to achieve excellent results
    • Reliable, punctual and driven to succeed
    • Ability to use own initiative
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Computer literacy with an eye for diagnostics
