    We are looking for an eCommerce enthusiast to join our Off-Trade Trade Marketing and eRetail team to lead the eRetail relationship on National Multichannel Accounts - a critical role in the team.

    This person needs to be commercial, entrepreneurial, creative and most importantly passionate about eCommerce. On top of this, having an understanding of both the online sales goals for AB InBev as well as the needs and ambitions of our retail partners, is critical for success in the role.     The role: 

    • Multi-million Pound P&L management (indirect), including responsibility for account planning, reporting and monthly forecasting for multiple accounts - Direct Budget management.
    • Negotiate and implement financially viable JBP terms, shared KPIs & activation plans that unlock value for ABI and our retailers.
    • Track and measure performance and deliver agreed targeted commercial and marketing metrics, such as Market Share, share of digital shelf and game plan adherence. These results and insights are to be discussed/presented at weekly/monthly business reviews.
    • Be at the forefront of our organisational learning – educating Off-Trade teams and key stakeholders on how to optimise performance within these channels - we want you to become the expert in this burgeoning area.
    • Build and lead integrated annual business plans with ABI Off-Trade and external customer counterparts. Getting eCommerce on the agenda can be tough, so you will need to have grit and determination.
    • Evaluate Return on Media Investment (ROI) to maximise spend efficiency
    • Partner with our eRetail data team to improve visualisation of ABI and Category Data within PowerBI and using these to create shopper insights that close gaps and open opportunities within our partners

    Who we’re looking for: 

    • Excellent strategic and analytical thinking, with an ability to identify opportunities and make these happen. We expect our team members to learn quickly and handle challenges.
    • Someone who can build and deliver bold strategic short, medium & long term vision – as well as adapt and pivot to external market trends and internal KPIs. 
    • Strong data literacy, someone who can leverage internal and external data sources – to translate data into meaningful information, actions for our teams/ retail partners & recommendations to drive or close gaps. You need to be excited by the possibility of leveraging data (from shopper basket data to MACO rates) to grow our eRetail business in both the short and long-term.
    • We require someone with exceptional people skills with a demonstrated ability to establish & activate great networks, who can influence stakeholders and bring them on the eRetail journey
    • Strong organizational skills with an eye for establishing operational process and routines.
    • A highly skilled Excel user and, ideally, experience with PowerBI.
    • Previous experience in an account management role/customer facing role. We need someone who can work their way round a P&L.
    • Manage multiple tasks at once, while merging innovation with technology-based sales.
    • True self-starters. eRetail moves at speed and we are looking for owners who thrive in our fast-paced environment and make things happen, quickly!
    • A passion for understanding our online beer consumers and how we can improve their user journeys to provide best-in-class beer experiences.
