As an Off Trade KAM you will be responsible for managing the relationship with the retailer or wholesaler buying teams, negotiating JBPs, agreeing commercial plans, activating AB InBev brand plans and collaborating with the customer to drive shared growth.

The role:
The Off Trade KAM roles are suited to individuals who want to develop their Commercial Management and Negotiation skills working with the biggest customers in the business, as well as developing a very strong, cross functional internal network.
Off Trade (businesses where alcohol can be purchased for off-premise consumption e.g. supermarkets and wholesalers) is the most dynamic and fast moving sector within the UK business at Budweiser Brewing Group.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage agreed Key customer(s)
- Deliver agreed Commercial and Performance Metrics
- Weekly / Monthly business reviews of performance metrics
- Own and deliver commercial and category plan
- Own and deliver annual activation plan
- Develop a strong network of working relationships across the key customer(s)
- Proactively manage contact strategy for all key contacts
- Be an AB InBev Brand Ambassador!
- Be an expert in your customer!
