The role:
- Develop and implement a strategy for existing Key Accounts that drives ongoing profitable growth and aims to exceed all company targets and team KPIs.
- Identify high profile growth opportunities within your specific channel and proactively prospect for new business, subsequently negotiating large-scale profitable deals and ensuring pipeline of opportunities is consistently executed.
- Renegotiate detailed existing contracts across territory whilst managing communications and expectations with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for the commercial management and tracking of customer base, ensuring contract compliance is maintained and customer support is offered.
- Develop and execute a robust CRM strategy for Key Accounts base to ensure strong customer relationships and engagement is maintained at all times.
- Present bi-monthly reviews on the performance of Key Accounts and forward planning actions to deliver against budget.
- Lead from the front and support Line Manager with continuous coaching and development of Wholesale Account Managers within wider team.
Who we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in an Account Management position in an FMCG
- Someone with a strong work ethic who is persistent, resilient and is keen to develop their career with Budweiser Brewing Group.
- Outstanding local market knowledge, contacts and experience in beer or similar industry.
- Ownership – take your results personally and lead by example.
- Proven track record of managing high profile customers.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and cultivate relationships.
- Developed negotiation and objection handling skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with a desire to develop this skillset further.
