    The role:

    • Lead the charge in driving rewards operational excellence within the Business Unit, ensuring that all programs and initiatives align with our ethical standards and the organization's overall strategy.
    • Collaborate with other Rewards Analysts across the zone to share best practices and develop a compelling future vision in alignment with the overall Rewards strategy.
    • As a teacher and mentor, provide guidance and support to the HR team, stakeholders, and employees, nurturing their growth and development.
    • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that not only meet the needs of our workforce but also uphold our values of respect and ethics.
    • Continuously listen to the needs and concerns of our employees, ensuring their voices are heard and their well-being is prioritized.
    • Take charge of managing various aspects of compensation and benefits processes at the BU level. From local benefits and car fleet management to overseeing bonuses, allowances, and communications – you'll be at the helm.
    • Vendor relationships are important, and you'll be responsible for managing them effectively, ensuring service levels are maintained while keeping costs under control.

    Who we’re looking for:

    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in rewards, compensation and benefits
    • If you have a strong knowledge of compensation and benefits policies and practices, you're already off to a great start.
    • We need someone who can navigate through data with ease and make sound business decisions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must!
    • Juggling multiple projects is second nature to you. With your exceptional project management skills, you can handle it all.
    • Experience in developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies? That's music to our ears!
    • Communication is key, and you excel in it. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Previous experience in a global, matrixed organization is preferred, as it will give you an edge.
    • Fast-paced and dynamic environments don't scare you. In fact, you thrive in them! Your ability to work on your own and manage priorities is vital to succeed in this role.
