    The Atelier Assistant/Coordinator will be based in our Central London Atelier and will be liaising with different teams with the scope of facilitating the development of the Mainline Sample production and Runway.

    Responsibilities

    • To follow and monitor processes in the atelier across all collections
    • To assistant the Technical Development process in the Atelier by working closely with Designer, Pattern Makers, Developers, Sample Machinists (etc)
    • To participate in Designers handover and assisting atelier manager with taking notes of the adjustments and giving technical support
    • To action designers, pattern cutters, machinists, Fit models bookings under the guidance of the Atelier Supervisor.
    • To create weekly schedules for the teams in the reaction to the workloads.
    • To keep on track of all in house design Samples and maquettes
    • Support Atelier manager with all administrative tasks

    Personal profile

    • Excel/Word/Powerpoint
    • Adobe photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
    • Strong communications skills
    • Good Knowledge of Garment Construction and Manufacturing methods
    • To have an understanding of Sizing and Fittings
    • Good at coordinating teams of Pattern Cutters, Sample Machinists, etc.
    • Ability to work in a very fast pace environment while keeping a high attention to details
