The role
We are pleased to be accepting applications for our 2023 Commercial Graduate Scheme. Our Graduates shall embark on a graduate programme of up to three years to gain all round knowledge and understanding of the BUUK businesses.
These positions are based at BUUK’s head office in Woolpit in Suffolk. Newly extended and refurbished, the office offers free car parking and a subsidised staff restaurant on site. We offer a hybrid working policy to enable our employees to be flexible to the needs of the business.

A bespoke training programme for each Graduate will be in place, and you will be assigned two mentors. An experienced senior manager, and another employee/previous Graduate who will be able to provide support and guidance at every stage of your journey. About you
Candidates should be on track to gain a degree (or equivalent) in a business or finance related subject. You will want to take the next step in your career and work hard at all elements within the scheme.
