    GTC, who are part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for an Engineering Support Officer who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.

    Key responsibilities

    • Monitoring and processing Gas emergency notifications.
    • Assist scheduling in the planned/unplanned works to GTC engineers and sub-contractors.
    • Raising quotes and ordering materials/equipment for key stakeholders.
    • Processing NRSWA notices, purchase orders and invoices.
    • Processing work packs from sub-contractors and GTC engineers.
    • Ensuring customer complaints are actioned and resolved in timely manner.
    • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports to support Senior Management to monitor all stakeholder’s performance and manage KPI’s

    About you

    • Good level of numeracy and literacy.
    • Experience of administration tasks.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience with customer engagement
    • Ability to meet deadlines and work to tight schedules.
    • Ability to use MS Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel).
    • High Level of accuracy and attention to detail.
