    Looking for a dynamic and challenging career in Quantity Surveying with a focus on Hydrogen projects? Cadent Gas is offering an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our team as a Construction Quantity Surveying Technician Trainee.

    The role

    As a trainee, you will receive high-quality training in Quantity Surveying, with a focus on Hydrogen projects. You will work alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors on exciting and innovative projects, gaining valuable insight into the industry and developing your skills.

    With a focus on Hydrogen projects, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and innovative projects that are at the forefront of the energy industry. You will play a crucial role in managing project costs and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

    This is a Level 4 Construction Quantity Surveying Technician Apprenticeship, which will enable you to become a skilled technician in Quantity Surveying, focusing on construction projects within the energy sector. You will receive comprehensive training and support from a dedicated programme manager, business mentor, and line manager throughout your apprenticeship.

    To be successful in this role, you should be a highly motivated individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work well as part of a team and have strong communication skills. A minimum of five GCSEs, including Maths and English, is required, and a Level 3 qualification in a related field is desirable but not essential.

    What you will bring
