Based within our Customer Experience Team, you will learn and develop your skills to harness the power of data to unearth valuable insights. Your analyses will directly contribute to strategic decisions that enhance our service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Live on the London Network
  • Possess a degree in a relevant field or have equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrate a strong passion for uncovering insights through data.

  • Willingness to develop and shape your own career.
  • Driving licence essential as frequent travel will be required.
