    Tailored training

    On our 24-month programme, we recognise everyone brings a unique background and skill set. That's why our tailored training is designed to align with your personal strengths and experiences. Throughout this immersive programme, you will undergo comprehensive training, mentoring and development in your respective areas doing dynamic rotations within our North West network or all aspects of hydrogen initiatives. Additionally, where required, you will also have the opportunity to attain professional project management qualifications. Your skills will flourish as you learn directly from seasoned professionals within the business, engaging in impactful projects that contribute to our company's success.       • Equivalent project management work experience
      • Project Management professional qualification

    • Willingness to develop and shape your own career.
    • Driving Licence desired but no essential however frequent travel will be required
