We are recruiting for a Data Analyst for the Impact Team within Marketing & Research - English Product Group, to collect, analyse and manage impact data to provide evidence of the value Cambridge University Press and Assessment products bring to their users.

The role
As a Data Analyst you will play a key role in supporting the Impact Research Team in data collection, management, analysis, and reporting. You will:
- Gather and manage data from multiple sources to generate relevant impact data for analysis, liaising with different data teams.
- Analyse and interpret collected data using appropriate tools and provide ongoing reports, including the creation of visualisations, dashboards, and graphs to relay technical concepts to colleagues and other relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems and work-processes that optimise efficiency and quality.
- Assist with the interpretation and write-up of results for various audiences, including impact study reports and the production of an annual impact report.
- Support the Impact Research Team with planning and designing impact studies.
About you
You will:
- have a degree in Information Management, Statistics, Psychology, or social sciences.
- have a sound knowledge of research methods and data analysis (quantitative and qualitative).
- be highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- have excellent written skills and experience of writing reports or briefings.
Knowledge of impact evaluation methodologies is desirable.
