We are looking for a customer-facing, tenacious and results-driven candidate to join our International Network as a Digital Sales Executive.
The role will drive sales of a range of best-selling digital products to ensure our teachers are engaged and motivated to use the products to ensure the best outcomes for their students. You will join a role supporting a wide network of colleagues all around the world, supporting them in gaining adoptions and retaining current customers, whilst focussing on your own personal development to gain insight into data and trends.

About the role
Reporting to the Business Development Lead in the Business Development team, your role will be to deliver revenues against targets, focussing on lead generations through self-driven campaigns, marketing leads, and extrapolating data to drive customer requirements. Your role will support all customer types, including, but not exhaustive of, Cambridge schools, school groups, associates, distributors and key accounts.
Other accountabilities will include, but not be exhaustive of
- Deliver strong revenue growth across several Cambridge digital products as part of the International Education range.
- Maintain call lists and pipelines to report back success.
- Deliver first-class customer service to customers and colleagues.
- Be enthused and become the expert in our digital product, to train customers and colleagues around the benefits of the digital suite of resources.
- Create presentations which help explain our digital offer to all of our customers, proactively supporting adoptions and post-adoptions of resources.
- Use KPI's to understand performance over time.
- Analyse and suggest improvements to the customer experience based on feedback received.
About you
You will be an enthusiastic self-starter, who is able to co-ordinate and cooperate across teams within Cambridge, including marketing, customer services, supply chain, Professional Development, Digital Publishing and Cambridge CEM. You should be able to develop and nurture long-term relationships with key contacts across the Cambridge school network and have a clear understanding of pipeline creation, management and close. You will have excellent presentation skills, with the ability to present across a number of platforms and to key stakeholders across the business. You will also have a good background of CRM and record-keeping to maintain accurate files and timely follow up with customers. Experience in publishing sales, marketing and/or with an education background is preferred.
