    About the role

    You will join the central Technology Business Analysis team under the guidance of a Principal Business Analyst, tasked with assisting them on their work and with time spent on your own projects. Projects range from improving day-to-day processes for teams within the organisation to large Digital Transformation Programmes.

    We understand what is needed to work in the challenging environment of business change and you will be supported throughout, with regular catchups with your line manager, training and mentorship, and a bespoke development plan.

    What you'll be doing

    • Gather and interpret complex information.
    • Elicit and develop clearly documented, traceable requirements for change initiatives.
    • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure understanding of prioritised requirements.
    • Undertake modelling and visualisation techniques appropriate for the project.
    • Understand the Business Analysis team standards and apply them to analysis approaches and outputs.

    About you

    • Has an understanding of the role of the Business Analyst.
    • Is highly motivated and pro-active, looking to contribute to the successful delivery of programmes/projects.
    • Strong soft skills such as communication, attention to detail and problem-solving.
    • Good stakeholder management skills.
