Role overview
Campari Group is looking for a Marketing Intern to come and join our Marketing team for 12 months to help deliver our Marketing goals and broader business objectives.
We’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude, desire to learn and ability to manage multiple and diverse projects in a fast pace environment.
This is a great role for someone looking to gain and build their Marketing experience within a dynamic international organization.
An internship with Campari will provide you with a great opportunity to:
- Build marketing skills and competencies, including brand analysis, creativity and teamwork.
- Understand the day-to-day functional responsibilities of a brand Marketing role.
- Receive professional development and training.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Marketing team to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that will strengthen our brands and drive sales, ensuring effective and efficient executions.
- Help activate impactful marketing campaigns from conception through to execution and evaluation. Responsibilities could include objective setting, consumer communications planning and post campaign analysis
- Support the broader Marketing team to help enable the day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth delivery of executions across the full Marketing mix
- Work in close partnership the UK cross functional team and agency partners to support campaigns delivery.
- Support Marketing Managers in managing post-campaign reviews, consolidating and developing holistic learning for future campaigns and communication with local and global stakeholders.
- Work with wider marketing teams to collate & track key data. Interpret and share data analysis with global, regional and local stakeholders
- Support the Marketing team to showcase key activities across the business.
Desired experience and skills to qualify for this internship
- Passionate about a career in Brand Management
- Have good project management experience with proven ability to juggle multiple projects at once and prioritize commitments
- Proactivity and confidence to make decisions, manage expectations and meet deadlines
- Ability to analyze large data sets and distill insights and key learnings
- Ability to collaborate and work within a team and across teams
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Be fluent in English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
- Be eligible to do an internship for 12 months
- University course focus or specialization in Marketing is a plus
Prior internship / work experience in Marketing, Consumer Research, Sales or related field is a plus.
