    Job description

    As a Junior Strategist at Campfire, you'll be an integral part of the Insights department, working closely with the Strategic Accounts team to devise market-leading strategies for our diverse portfolio of global clients.

    Your contributions will be pivotal in new business pitches, and you will have the opportunity to work across various domains including Social (Paid & Organic), Influencer Marketing, Creative Strategy, and Performance Marketing.

    Responsibilities 

    As a Junior Strategist, you’ll be expected to support the team in all aspects of our wider Insights offering and support in the delivery of Best in Class strategy creation for new & existing clients. As an Junior Strategist, you will:

    • Conduct thorough research and analysis to monitor and report on social media trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity in the digital space through tools such as Tubularlabs and GlobalWebIndex.
    • Identify key findings and insights to develop actionable recommendations for clients to optimise their digital marketing strategies.
    • Assist in the preparation of pitch decks, gather requisite data for pitch presentations, and contribute innovative ideas to help win new business.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative and influencer teams to ensure that strategies are creatively compelling and influencer-aligned.
    • Work alongside senior members of the team to address key findings and insights and develop robust strategies.
    • Participate in client meetings and assist senior members of the team in communicating insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
    • Create high-quality presentations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
    • Be knowledgeable about our clients, their industry and be seen as a trusted extension of their team by them
    • Ensure that client-facing documents maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality.
    • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our services to meet client needs and objectives.
    • Assist in quality checking and reviewing creative work to ensure it aligns with client requests and expectations.
    • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and shifts in the digital marketing landscape to continuously improve insights and recommendations.
    • Pursue professional development opportunities, attend industry workshops, and seek mentorship to hone your strategic thinking and client delivery skills.
