This role provides efficient and comprehensive support to the B2B Marketing department and leadership team, you will have daily requirements to support all elements of the marketing mix. The successful individual will have additional responsibility for the organisation of key B2B events and to support our showroom environments.
This position is offered as a 4 – 6 month fixed-term contract or as a secondment and is ideal for someone seek to gain some knowledge and experience in marketing.

You will:
- Provide support to the B2B Marketing department to ensure the smooth delivery of product, campaign, channel, customer, and showroom marketing activities.
- Take responsibility for managing marketing related internal communication tasks including department meetings, weekly huddles, and maximising common communications channels such as Miru to help with alignment across the department.
- Ensure accurate management of all marketing spend, working with the B2B Marketing Leadership Team and Finance to manage the end-to-end spend process through to accruals.
- Ownership of the Case Study process; liaising between Sales and agencies to develop and deliver a regular flow of case studies on time and on budget.
- Support the Showroom Team with key activities and day-to-day operational tasks to help deliver a strong customer experience.
- Manage logistics relating to key B2B events including venue sourcing, room set up, machine movements, catering, distribution of collateral, and give-aways.
- Support creation and delivery of communications relating to events including registration sites, itinerary creation, invitation/ confirmation e-mails, and briefing notes for attendees.
- Take ownership of administration and co-ordination duties as a key member of the B2B Marketing team (e.g., travel booking, distribution list ownership, new supplier setup).
- Support the B2B Marketing Leadership Team with day-today tasks including diary management, meeting minute taking, and recruitment activities.
- Identify and influence process improvements that enable efficiency and effectiveness gains for the business.
