Your role
We are looking for tech passionate individuals to want to start their career in the IT industry. This is a hybrid working role, you should expect to be in our Worthing office 3 days a week.
Our SAP Packaged Based Solutions Practice is looking for graduates to join its learning and development programme. A programme that provides rewarding opportunities to develop strong consultative skills alongside learning how and why SAP is used by organisations to optimise their business operations. As a graduate, we will give you the opportunity to work on the largest SAP implementation of its kind globally, and you will play an important role in supporting critical UK infrastructure.

Functional pathway
As a SAP Graduate Technology Consultant (Functional), you will contribute to the delivery of technology projects and enhancements through the following areas:
- SAP Configuration: Gain hands-on experience in configuring and customising SAP modules to meet business requirements, ensuring efficient and effective system operations.
- Integration: Understand and create robust connections to third-party systems, enabling efficient data flows with robust monitoring.
- User Experience: Create and maintain innovative UX solutions for Public Sector Clients, giving them the tools to interact with the SAP system.
- Business Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into SAP solutions, promoting process improvements and efficiencies.
- User/Customer Support: Provide assistance and expertise to end-users by addressing their SAP-related inquiries and issues, offering timely solutions and training as required.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing activities to ensure the reliability and functionality of SAP applications, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, solutions, processes, and procedures to support audit, knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on SAP best practices, industry trends, and advancements, attending training sessions (TRM Academy) and collaborating with experts within the organisation.
Technical pathway
As a SAP Graduate Technology Consultant (Technical), you will contribute to the delivery of technology projects and enhancements through the following areas:

- For the SAP Graduate Technology Consultant (Technical) role, we are looking for graduates with a degree in Computer Science, Science, Maths or Technology.
- For the SAP Graduate Technology Consultant (Functional) role, all other degrees would be considered, but an authentic interest in technology is necessary.
