We have an exciting opportunity to join our Project Management Office (PMO) Team supporting the Cloud Infrastructure business in the UK.
PMO forms part of the Engagement Management Community. We provide administrative support to Engagement Managers primarily; this support can take many forms from process definition and governance to simple assistance to free up Engagement Managers time to focus on more complex delivery issues.
The team are based across the UK, with a variety of skillsets from all-rounders to subject matter experts. Our Graduate Project Managers join our PMO teams to build up knowledge and experience within project delivery and the technology industry before moving on to manage projects of their own.
Your Role
We’ll give you the training and support needed to develop as a PMO Analyst where you will work as part of the UK PMO Team reporting to a PMO Lead/PMO Manager depending on the role. Whilst also giving you the experience of working alongside our project managers, and eventually giving you development opportunities to take on projects of your own.
Your role will involve providing back-office support across a broad range of core services/processes within project management including Financial Management, Planning Coordination, Reporting, Resource Capacity Management, Change Management, Communication and PMO Administration – in time you should hopefully get to work across each area.
This working environment enables our team members to develop their skills and knowledge which can and has resulted in promotion to higher grades as well as opening up opportunities to pursue their career in the Engagement Management community. We operate a mentoring scheme to help develop our team members and give them the tools to approach whatever situation they may face on their assignments.
In addition, you will also join our vastly developing CIS UK Graduate and Apprentice community, where you will be able to learn and network with people in a similar career journey.
