We are currently seeking a Graduate Digital Consultant who has recently graduated with a degree in a relevant subject. We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated people with a keen desire to apply technology, digital solutions, and new methodologies to address complex challenges and create the places of the future.
About the role
Typical projects include supporting Highways England in the enforcement of Smart Motorways and management of their technology assets, developing passenger databases with the Department for Transport and designing security solutions for the UK’s critical national infrastructure. You will work as part of a team to help deliver projects, undertake research activities or assist in the preparation of proposals to our clients. You will also be involved in the development of new and innovative client propositions.
Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Your role will require a strong team-working and collaborative attitude both with other colleagues across the business, subject-matter experts, as well as with our clients and partners. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Your role will also require willingness to use and enhance your technical knowledge in a variety of application areas and project roles for the resolution of multi-disciplinary and complex challenges.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the consulting team and consulting on specific technical assignments
- Gathering, documenting, and disseminating information about project requirements and project activities
- Assisting in the creation of necessary system or product documentation
- Assisting in developing, testing, and implementing solution deliverables
What we’re looking for
- Degree in Engineering, Maths, Computer Science or a related discipline, ideally with an actual or predicted grade 2:1 or higher.
- Keen interest in technology, digital transformation and its application to solve real-world problems.
- Ability to analyse complex problems and create innovative solutions.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent IT, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, while able to prioritise and multi-task.
- Strong willingness to learn and with a keen desire to work towards accreditation with a relevant Institution.
