Since 2012, Capita have been working in partnership with the British Army to deliver best in class recruitment services. The Recruiting Partnership Project (RPP) is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting officers and soldiers for the Army (Regular and Reserve), meeting targets based around quantity, quality, and candidate experience.

The Service Delivery Analyst role sits within the Technology team with key aims being optimising use of RPP assets in the business as usual service. This role is also responsible for protecting the service through ensuring security and operational standards are maintained.

This role is a key member of the team working full time, 37.5 hours per week, on a remote basis.

What you’ll be doing

  • Ensuring that service contractual reporting is maintained
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the Service Catalogue with support from key areas within the business
  • Point of escalation for all third-party Technology suppliers
  • Act as a point of contact on all Major Incident Management calls providing direction where possible and ensuring communications are issued to stakeholders
  • Responsible for all Service Performance reviews with suppliers including managing daily operational calls, weekly service reviews and monthly senior stakeholder update sessions
  • Using a risk and resilience lens, problem solving methodologies and qualitative and quantitative analysis, identify, and help manage, key business risks escalating where necessary
  • Providing Management Information to the MoD
  • Updating licences

What we’re looking for

  • ITIL knowledge and practical experience
  • Sound commercial awareness with regards a Business as Usual (BAU) service with ability to make appropriate decisions in incident management to help protect the system.
  • An ability to critically analyse qualitative and quantitative data articulating results both verbally and in writing to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong accuracy levels
  • Proactive approach
  • Must be able to obtain Security Clearance
