    We have a rare and fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Talent Acquisition Team for 12 weeks, previous administration experience is required but full training will also be given to learn how the functions work.

    Main responsibilities

    • Provide administration support to the Talent Acquisition Team   
    • Monitoring the recruitment mailboxes and responding to queries from external candidates and internal stakeholders 
    • Booking interviews for the TA team  
    • Obtain references, where role required 
    • Cleaning up data from the ATS system  
    • Liaising with the HR Admin team to offer additional support where needed 
    • To support the wider HR function with any ad hoc reporting required from the HR systems  
    • Scanning and indexing documents to colleague files   
    • Accurate data entry

    The ideal candidate

    • Previous administration experience, ideally within an HR function;   
    • Being an advocate for great customer service internal and eternally;   
    • Accurately undertaking tasks and responding to requests within Dept. SLA’s;   
    • Maintaining confidentiality at all times whilst complying with GDPR;   
    • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;   
    • Good level of computer literacy - Microsoft Excel and Outlook are essential;   
    • Ability to work proactively and with minimal supervision.
