Working within the HR department, at ZEISS, we are looking for a HR Intern to support employees across both Carl Zeiss Microscopy Ltd and Carl Zeiss Ltd, the HR intern will support and gain experience in all aspects of the HR Operations and employee lifecycle.
- Support the functionality and administration of the HR Information System Workday.
- Provide administrative support to new starter and onboarding process.
- Support the HR Business Partner and Head of HR on key people initiatives and projects.
- Support the HR compliance activities.
- Support HR events / activities such as Careers fairs and outreach programmes.
